If you book a regular service, weekly or fortnightly, with the individual cleaners or teams, we will send the same cleaner every time

All our cleaners go through a face to face interview, and are background and reference checked. We would never compromise your safety and confidentiality

You can pay either by card or bank transfer.

If for any reason you want to change or cancel your booking, please make sure to call us 24 hours prior to service agreed and there won’t be any cancellation charges.

After the first service, we will call you for feedback and check if everything was satisfactory. If we do not get feedback we will charge you within 72h

We are VAT registered and the VAT is 13.5%.
